Dear Home Owner;

My name is Dave Chirico, licensed real estate agent and owner of A.N.C. Home Management, a personal home care company for the absentee or permanent resident homeowners.  I have several services available that can help minimize the cost and worries of managing your home while you are away.  A.N.C. has been operating since 1989 and currently has accounts within communities such as Frenchman's Creek, Admiral’s Cove, and PGA National.  My services are rendered by a professional staff and are completed to your personal satisfaction.  Enclosed is a list of the services available to you.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

A.                  BASIC SERVICES

1.  Inspect property for storm damage, breaking & entering, oversee maintenance for grounds.

2.  Run water in all faucets, flush toilets, check for water leaks and damage.

3.    Make sure all appliances are in proper working condition, check for mildew & pests.

4.    Check security of all doors and windows.

B.                 ADDITIONAL SERVICES

1.  Mail handling; forward mail
